She, Her, and Me
She, Her, and Me
(The Different Faces of Woman)
Women wear the title of many hats. We are wife, mother, sister, daughter, teacher, doctor, and lawyer. Not only do we wear many hats, our hands have multiplied, our sleep is less, and yet remained steady by the survival of Starbucks and our favorite lipstick.
We continue to Evolve even during the toughest times in our lives. Not only do we wear different hats, we have different faces. Women are master creatures of “Illusion”. Like the Chameleon, we are able to show society one face, while we are feeling another one. We have mastered the art of Illusion through the feminine pronouns of She, Her, and Me. Each identity comes with a different emotion of how we are viewed, perceived, and addressed.
She….is the woman who is being discussed or last mentioned. Women are the epitome of strength, love, sacrifice and courage. The role of women in today's world has changed significantly and for better. Women are now self-sufficient, well aware and financially independent. They have attained immense success in every field, whether it is sports, politics or academics. Women’s names are being discussed and mentioned in high places. She is leaving her mark on society as the new Super Power while continuing to be called “Mommy”, “Babe”, or “Judge”. Decide the power of who you are and how you want to be last mentioned.
Her…. is used as the object of a verb or a proposition to describe a female person and how you are identified. The most important task any woman can undergo is the process of identity formation. Female identity formation is critical to the female individual because it’s the way in which she defines herself and what she bases her sense of self upon will ultimately serve as the foundation for her life. Women’s identity is also the source of who she wants to become and also no longer desires to be. We often become obsessed with how people view us as women from body image to intellect. We can become absorbed by the looks, opinions, statements, and positions put us in. We are no longer in the box of people’s perception of who they think we are. Affirm your own identity! You tell them who you are!
Me…. is the object of “I”, You, who you say that you are? It identifies you in your Confidence, Self-Worth, Self Perception, and your own Gender Influence. Me, no one’s opinion of who I am, Who I am identified as. Me, I am not worried by who is mentioning me, what is and was being said about me. I am moving in my attributes as Woman, strength, love, sacrifice and courage. Me…. is the ultimate goal! Through nurturing, growing, loving, cultivating, teaching, healing, and restoring Me, the you and who you want to become will define who She is, and what is being said about Her.
She, Her, and Me…. You control how she is being mentioned and discussed. You dictate how and what you want to be identified. Your individualism is what makes you powerful, unique, strong, daring, complete, worthy, complete, and loved.
