Seasons, the beautiful dramatic changes to the earth and its physical scenery. A time when the stages of the climate goes from one stage to another in temperature, colors, fragrances, and air. Every season brings different emotions and feelings. Shorter days being shorter times to work, relax, and find balance in life. As the seasons change, so do we emotionally, physically, mentally, and spiritually. We come to a time of Seasonal Healing. Every season represents a time in our lives where our current state aligns with the attributes of that season.
Let’s journey to Heal through the Seasons.

SPRING…. The season of Bloom and Change. It is the season of New Things and Rebirth. The Spring’s beauty canvas of colors and arrays of beautiful scents brings our minds and hearts to a place of joy, peace, and creativity. Where this season brings so much beauty, this is also a season of decluttering, cleaning, getting rid of the old things and looking for newness. Some of the hardest things to dispose of during this time can cause separation anxiety due to us not wanting to part with old things. This is Fear! As we look to heal from old things of the past season we hold on to these old things. We are afraid of the declutter from the old because it forces us to Spring Forward. We heal through this season by facing that closet and saying this “I do not need anymore”! I have no more use of these old shoes because they no longer fit! You do not need the old friendship because it does not fit where you are destined to go. A winter Pinecone does not make a dozen roses beautiful. Spring Forward!

SUMMER…. The season of Sun. Summer represents a time of our lives when we are strong and embarking on adventures. It symbolizes freedom, happiness, idleness and self-development. Positive times of friendship and love are often set in the summer. Summer, believe it or not, can come with disadvantages. In this season we are looking to heal from dry places. We are seeking freedom and happiness from scars last summer left behind. A time that can be so beautiful can come with Bitterness, needing to be rejuvenated, quenched, and refreshed from cracks in our relationships, breaking up dry ground, and looking toward the refreshing of shade, coolness, and new breezes of life. Replenish yourself! Jump into life’s cool springs and allow the sun to kiss you.

FALL/Autumn …Autumn is generally regarded as the end of the growing season. Also known as the harvest season. The name is thought to originate in the phrase the fall of the leaf, in reference to the time of year when deciduous trees shed their leaves. Along with the tree leaves changing color, the temperature grows colder, plants stop making food, animals prepare for the long months ahead, and the daylight starts growing shorter. The factor that perhaps most affects the state of our body is the progressive reduction of the hours of light, a change that impacts our mood, making us more subject to mild states of anxiety and melancholy. Fear, isolation, depression, and an unwillingness to engage in activities can all be realities. We would have never thought that a season filled with so much beauty, colors of nature, smells of pumpkin and spice could have a negative effect on some people. The many elements of autumn either intrinsically deliver happiness or trigger memories of past joy from which we can keep taking bites, as from a freshly baked apple pie. While we celebrate the seasonal joys, we should remind ourselves that they are blazes on a trail that goes deep into a beautiful forest of wisdom and meaning. Like spring, fall is a season of transition, a reminder of the value of change, in this case from bright, buzzing, verdant summer toward the dark, quiet calm of winter. It’s a journey inward; first experiential, then intellectual and finally into the collective unconscious.

WINTER…Winter is the coldest season of the year in polar and temperate climates. It occurs after autumn and before spring. Foggy mornings, fluffy blankets, cold air and hot chocolate—there are so many things that are special about winter. Isn't it? Winter is the most beautiful time of the year. The shorter days and longer nights, cold air and low humidity, and the quiet weather are all the things people enjoy during winter. Snow is just SO beautiful, eating all the comfort food, and embracing the beauty of white covered trees and streets. There is a flip side to this season. As the days get shorter, many people find themselves feeling sad. You might feel blue around the winter holidays, or get into a slump after the fun and festivities have ended. Some people have more serious mood changes year after year, lasting throughout the fall and winter when there’s less natural sunlight. It can be the loneliness time of the year as some fight through not having companionship, immobility, and sometimes isolated through the darkening days that can leave us down in the dumps. Winter, the Coldest time of the year naturally, physically and mentally. This season can also aid in reflection. Embrace your beautiful flaws, intake what makes you strong in conquering what seems to be loneliness, and allow your creativity to produce the beauty that lies in you. Bundle up, Embrace the crisp cool air, play in the snow, and make this season love you back.
SEASONS… Life’s many changes and stages that none of us are exempt from. Not only do they create different versions of nature, they also create different versions of where we are in life. As we navigate through different Season’s lets always look at and analyze where we are in 8 of our own Life Season’s and Stages.
1.Who you are:
2.Your Femininity:

8.Your Goals:
We all have seasons of healing which may be harder for us to be in alignment with ourselves. Try asking yourself and your body, what do I need more of? Live intentionally and slow down with the season, listen to your body's needs, rest, and spend some time reflecting inwards.
What makes you feel loved and excited? Surround yourself with that more often.
The beauty of Season is that they do not last forever, Seasons change.
